The result is an artisanal truffle salami with elegant and persistent aromatic notes, recognizable from the very first slice. The meats used are shoulder and belly of 100% Italian pork (Emilia Romagna, Tuscany), flavored with granulated garlic, with hand processing and a minimum aging of 1 month in our plant in Poggio a Caiano, Tuscany. How to enjoy it: truffle salami is at its best freshly sliced: the aroma of summer truffle can be perceived from the first cut.
