Only 100% Italian pork (Emilia Romagna, Tuscany), natural flavorings, salt, pepper and garlic. A choice that leaves room for the quality of the meat and for the aging time - at least 1 month in our plant in Poggio a Caiano, Tuscany, with hand processing. The result is an artisanal salami without preservatives, with an intense aroma and balanced flavor, fine grind and visible cubes of fat in the cut. How to enjoy it: the salami without preservatives, sliced thin, is excellent as an appetizer, on Tuscan cured meat platters, or for aperitifs with bread and cheese.
