Made with 100% Italian pork in our plant in Poggio a Caiano, Tuscany, with slow cooking in water for 4 hours and hand processing. The result is a cooked cured meat with an unmistakable aroma, with visible cubes of fat and peppercorns in the cut. It is a mortadella without pistachios, flavored with granulated garlic, white pepper powder and peppercorns. How to enjoy it: Mortadella del Poggetto sliced thin is perfect for sandwiches, appetizers and platters, served with bread and cheese.
