
Mortadella del Poggetto is an artisanal mortadella whose recipe is inspired by Mortadella di Prato IGP, with a customized selection of ingredients. Produced with 100% Italian pork in our facility in Poggio a Caiano, in Tuscany, with slow cooking in water for 4 hours and handcrafted processing. The result is a cooked cured meat with an unmistakable aroma, with small cubes of fat and whole peppercorns clearly visible when sliced. It is a mortadella without pistachios, flavored with granulated garlic, ground white pepper and peppercorns. How to enjoy it: the 2.5 kg half format is designed for delicatessens, catering and for those who want to slice it fresh at home. Mortadella di Prato in our interpretation is excellent in sandwiches, on platters and as an appetizer with bread and cheese. Format: vacuum-packed half, weight approx. 2.5 kg.
