
The aged cured ham "Il Poggetto" is a ham with bone obtained from legs of 100% Italian pork, raised in Emilia Romagna and Tuscany. Salting is done by hand and aging, for at least 12 months, takes place in our plant in Poggio a Caiano, Tuscany. Twelve months that can be tasted in the sweet-savory flavor and in the aroma that emerges with the first slice. It is a ham with no added preservatives: only Italian pork, salt and natural flavorings. How to enjoy it: Italian cured ham is at its best sliced thinly, at the time.
